What are they?
Produced in the United States, our Pacific Sea Salts are created through a slow process of evaporating Pacific Ocean water. These salts are the optimum combination of quality and low price. They are almost identical to the composition of Mediterranean Sea salt and a very popular ingredient in salt scrubs, bath salts, facial scrubs and other cosmetics.
What are the benefits?
Like any sea salt these salts contain minerals, although in a much smaller concentration than our other salts (therefore the lower price). The minerals help to moisturize skin, draw out toxins and relax the body. These salts also can exfoliate the skin when used in a salt scrub, gently buffing away dead skin cells and flaky skin.
What can they be used for: Perfect for lower cost bath salts – pure or mixed with scents and colors. Also very popular for use in salt scrubs and facial scrubs.
What grains are available?
Pacific Sea Salts are available in 3 grain sizes:
Fine (0-1 mm size) - Perfect for Salt Scrubs, Soap Scrubs, Bath Salts, Spas, Jacuzzis. About the same size as regular table salt. Dissolve very quickly.
Medium (2-3 mm size) – Also good for bath salts, soaking in a spa/jacuzzi.
Coarse (Large) (4-8 mm size) – Perfect for scented and colored bath salts as the large grains look great in a jar.
