What are they?
Epsom salts are a crystal form of salt formed in evaporated pools in the crust of the earth. They contain a very high concentration of 2 specific minerals – Magnesium and Sulfur each providing therapeutic benefits. Although the general composition of most types of Epsom salt is the same – there are several grades of purity. We sell only the highest purity (food/USP grade) Epsom Salt.
